ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

When this property was acquired in 2005, aiming at creating host rooms, we directly choosed equipments and devices using renewable energy

• Solar panels for hot water
  
• Reversible heat pumps( heating and air conditioning)
  
• Air/water heat pump to warm the swimming pool
  

As well as other measures:

Double glazing windows

Recovery system for rainwater to water the garden

Swimming pool maintenance done with a filter system and low use of chemicals.

Composting of all rubbish (food and vegetal)

Waste separation of other rubbish

Tree and flower tree planting, with compost. Creation of hedges, fruit trees and kitchen garden.

Manual weeding (CAT le Colombier) or thermal weeding

Reasonable consumption of resources

Set up of a remediation network following SIBVA regulations.

Recycling of ashes from the chimney and house woodstove in the kitchen garden 

Use of a leaf shredder and spreading of chips in the flower beds.
